Did you know it's easy to license your dog in Philadelphia?
You have several easy options to choose from.
You can also license your dog by one of the following methods:
- Visit our shelter at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue from 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday, and 8am-6pm, weekends and holidays, to obtain a license in person.
- Visit one of our license retailers, right in your own neighborhood.
- Download the Philadelphia Dog License application (pdf), complete the form and mail it in.
